Opis stanowiska:
- Providing limited Technical Support for a product or product line to customers using telephone and web-based solutions.
- Researches functionality and usability related issues
- Identifying and directing complex or high impact issues to senior staff for resolution.
- Maintaining knowledge of support policies, procedures and systems
- Providing input into published knowledge base Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Wymagania:
- Very good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of one of the following languages: German or Italian.
- Experience in IT Help Desk environment
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to work in team and individual as well
