Senior Project Manager – Software Development German/English

Opis stanowiska:

All aspects of Project or Programme management
Definition, scoping and planning of one or more projects
Programme and project structuring
Business Change Implementation
Roll-out design and management
Project audits and reviews
Experience of working with bespoke/customised technology solutions

Wymagania:

A formal qualification in project management
A strong working background on application development programmes
A proven background in programme delivery
Experience managing offshore resources
A strong background in AGILE/RUP/SCRUM methodologies
Strong business change implementation experience
Strong stakeholder management skills
A proven background in requirement design, build and implementation,

as well as experience managing software development implementations
A proven background in project management methodologies
Strong consultancy/client facing skills.

Advanced command of English is a must, candidates with fluent German will be considered with priority.

Successful candidates must have a proven Project Delivery Background and have experience of managing a number of people, and being able to motivate them.

Any experience of working with Offshore teams would also be of interest to the potential employer. Candidates must have experience in covering the full project life cycle and preferably have some Bid experience.
